Connect to the WebApp
Enter the WebApp and sign in your IQOS account. Choose “Continue to WepApp” and connect your device using the original IQOS cable to your computer via a USB port.
We always want to offer you the best possible experience with your device! We are constantly updating the software of our devices and now you have the opportunity to upgrade your IQOS to the latest version immediately and for free.
IQOS is an electronic device and needs software to operate.
If you notice operational difficulties on your device, we suggest you to check
for available updates for your charger and holder.
How to upgrade your firmware
Enter the WebApp and sign in your IQOS account. Choose “Continue to WepApp” and connect your device using the original IQOS cable to your computer via a USB port.
Select the device that you just connected via USB, click on "Pair Device" and then "Continue via USB ". Your browser will request access to your device. Click on the device name and click "Connect".
Navigate to "About my device" at the bottom of the screen. Click “Check firmware upgrade" for each of your device parts (pocket charger/holder). WebApp will recognize if an upgrade is available and will update it accordingly.
