If you do not contact us by the 15th day, the value of the device will be automatically charged to your card.

To return the device you will need to contact us by the 14th day. Our support team is available from 09:00 to 21:00 on 2104193888 either via LiveChat, Viber or Messenger.
If you choose to keep the device, the remaining amount will be deducted from your card on the 15th day, one day after the end of the free* trial.
If you have chosen the IQOS ILUMA, you will pay €61 €69, while if you have chosen the IQOS ILUMA ONE you will pay €31 €39.
No, the free* trial program is not combinable with other IQOS programs.
