If you see a red light on your IQOS pocket charger, you do not need to worry. Your device probably warns you about a potential issue, like the need to reset or update its software.

However, do you know what steps to follow when the red light appears? In order to help you, we created a video for you to learn about possible reasons and what you can do.

Reset - Step 1: Put the IQOS holder into the pocket charger and press its button for 10 seconds. The device will vibrate and the lights will turn on gradually confirming the completion of the reset.
