IQOS Store Network throughout Greece
Setting optimal and immediate customer service as our first priority, we established a network of 24 stores throughout Greece, and in particular in all major cities, to introduce the product to all adult smokers effortlessly by offering accurate information and familiarizing them with the product so they can feel comfortable from the very first use. This is why all IQOS stores are warm and welcoming, designed with simplicity and minimal aesthetic and featuring warm lightning and a comfortable setting. To facilitate the access of our adult smokers to customer service, the product is also available in select Public Stores.
The IQOS Experience Boutique Store in Syntagma
The IQOS Experience Store in Syntagma is a flagship store for the new product, providing a unique demonstration and offering a one-of-a-kind experience to the interested adult smokers who are given the opportunity to explore hands-on the IQOS world in the most fascinating manner. The store presents the IQOS to its visitors through illustrative videos, audio and image applications, specially designed tasting areas and, most of all, highly trained personnel. All the above characteristics come together to create the most modern and interactive ways to introduce the technical and functional characteristics of the IQOS, as well as its most essential benefits, to the consumers.
