What are SMARTCORE™ sticks?
SMARTCORE™ sticks are intended for use only with IQOS ILUMA induction heated tobacco devices. They were specially developed for IQOS ILUMA and can only be used for devices in this range, including the IQOS ILUMA i PRIME. At the core is a carefully selected, finely ground and specially prepared tobacco blend. An innovative metal heating element, coated with stainless steel and placed inside the tobacco stick allows for seamless heating of tobacco.
How to use SMARTCORE™ sticks
- Ensure that the IQOS ILUMA i PRIME is fully charged.
- Gently insert the SMARTCORE™ stick into the IQOS ILUMA i PRIME to the line on the filter until Holder vibrates.
- AutoStart should be activated once the SMARTCORE™ stick is properly inserted. Alternatively, swipe up on the Touch Screen to start the heating manually.
- Pre-heating status will be indicated by the Touch Screen. Pre-heating will approximately take 20 seconds.
- After the device vibrates a second time, the experience is ready to start.
What are the different SMARTCORE™ sticks for IQOS ILUMA series?
The new IQOS ILUMA i PRIME is compatible with different types of SMARTCORE™ sticks: TEREA and LEVIA.
TEREA sticks are SMARTCORE™ sticks which contain tobacco. They cover a wide range of different flavours, from classics, blends with subtle nuances to aromatic and menthol blends. The full list of TEREA flavours include: TEREA Russet, TEREA Sienna, TEREA Teak, TEREA Amber, TEREA Yellow, TEREA Blue, TEREA Green, TEREA Turquoise, TEREA Mauve Wave and many others.
LEVIA is a zero tobacco stick that contains nicotine. They offer rich, intense aromas with a clean aftertaste and pleasant smell**. LEVIA is available in 2 flavours. The Electro Rouge provides menthol freshness with a dark berry charm. The Island Beat delivers menthol freshness with minty charm. Also, the Glacial Beat delivers a bold refreshing nicotine experience with cooling mint and rich notes.
