Guidelines on leaving a review

Thanks for providing a review! We want your review to be as helpful as possible to other adult smokers and/or adult users of IQOS products, so please make sure that your review follows these guidelines and the Terms of Use set out below.

Your review should:

be your own honest and accurate review of the product; and

focus on your experience of the IQOS product itself (in particular the product’s features, quality and design) as opposed to your purchasing or delivery experience.

If your review doesn’t meet these guidelines then we’ll either: (i) contact you to explain why your review breaches these Guidelines or Terms of Use, and ask you if you want to update your review to address the problems; or (ii) not post the review.

We will reject and will not post your review if you do any of the following:

review your customer service or delivery/shipping experience – we want reviews to focus on the product itself;

mention any competitor’s name or product;

mention any perceived health benefits or make any claim indicating that our products are risk free, healthier or safer than other tobacco or nicotine products, or that they’re non-addictive;

suggest that our product should be used as a smoking cessation device or to help anyone quit tobacco and/or nicotine use;

suggest that our device should be used by non-smokers or people under the age of 18;

mention any unexpected health or safety problem that you believe may have been caused by use of a particular tobacco product and/or exposure to a tobacco product – if you have such an experience, please immediately contact our customer care team here instead;

include any aggressive, threatening, trolling, discriminatory, profane or vulgar language; or

include any personal data.

TERMS OF USE FOR RATINGS AND REVIEWS (THE “TERMS OF USE”)

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the company under the trade name PAPASTRATOS CIGARETTE MANUFACTURING COMPANY SA and the distinctive title PAPASTRATOS SA, having its registered office in Aspropyrgos, at Imeros Topos, Kororemi Site, with General Electronic Commercial Registry No. 227601000, with TIN 094011481-ATHENS TAX OFFICE FOR COMMERCIAL COMPANIES, telephone number 210 4193000, fax number 210 4112303, (hereinafter “Papastratos”), governing your use of the customer ratings and reviews and/or questions and answers service (the "Review Service").

When you submit a review, ask or answer a question, or otherwise submit content to us using the Review Service (the “Content”), you agree that:

You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights in the Content and it is your own original work;

All "moral rights" that you may have in such Content have been voluntarily waived by you;

All Content that you post is accurate and not misleading;

You are at least 18 years old and you are a smoker or a user of IQOS products;

Use of the Content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or legal entity.

You further agree that you will not submit any Content:

That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;

That infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);

That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;

For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any unapproved third party;

That includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;

That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This means that you would be responsible to us for the losses that we suffer (whether financial or otherwise) as a result of you breaking any of the promises or commitments you make in these guidelines and Terms of Use.

You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute the Content and/or incorporate such Content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All Content that you submit may be used at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, condense, withhold publication, remove or delete any Content on our websites that we deem to violate these guidelines and Terms of Use. The Content is generally posted within two to four business days. However, we may remove or refuse to post any submission to the extent authorized by law. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for the Content. None of the Content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence by us. These Terms of Use and your use of the Review Service are governed by the laws of and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
