How to use your VEEV ONE for the first time
1. Unbox
Get ready for a new experience with VEEV ONE and make sure you have everything you need before starting: the device, a manufacturer-approved Charging Cable with a certified AC Power Adaptor and your favorite VEEV ONE consumable.
2. Prepare
Insert the VEEV ONE pod into your device. Aromatic, with cooling, cooling and crisp and warm? Just pick your flavor and get ready to enjoy your next experience.
3. Switch ON
Make sure your VEEV ONE is charged enough to start the experience. Before first use, turn on your device by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button for three seconds, then release. Four white lights will turn on slowly to indicate that the device is ready to use.
4. Vape
It’s simple: just start puffing! Take smooth puffs to ensure the ideal vaping experience with VEEV ONE. You can always change the VEEV ONE pod while your device is turned on.
5. Turn OFF
If VEEV ONE is unused for three seconds, it will automatically go in sleep mode to save battery. You can manually turn off the device by pressing the ON/OFF button for three seconds until all the status lights fade out.
Battery check.
With VEEV ONE, you always know when it is time to charge.
You can easily check the charge level of the device by briefly pressing the ON/OFF button: four white lights will turn on to indicate the status of the battery.
1. one white LED on = 25% - 1% charged
2. two white LEDs on = 25% - 50% charged
3. three white LEDs on = 50% - 75% charged
4. four white LEDs on = >75% charged
Don’t cover airflow holes.
To ensure a proper aerosol delivery, air needs to be always able to flow through your device : when puffing, make sure that the two airflow holes, placed on the side of your device, are not occluded by your fingers or any other blockage.
How to change your VEEV ONE pod.
You can easily change the VEEV ONE pod while your VEEV ONE device is turned on, at any time and on the go. When a new VEEV ONE pod is inserted, status lights will turn on slowly to indicate that the device is ready for use. What’s more, there is no flavor aftertaste from one pod to another.
Older generation devices’ support
We keep offering support service for devices that are no longer available for sale in an expanded network of partners. If necessary and if you are entitled to a device or component replacement, we will ensure that we can proceed, for a reasonable period after a product’s delistυ, based on the stock.
In the event that there is no stock of a specific product for replacement, we give you the opportunity to get a new one of the same or newer technology.
