Once it’s fully charged, you can use your IQOS 2.4 PLUS device up to 20 times before you need to recharge it.
• When it’s starting to heat up (after you’ve pressed the Holder button to start)
• When your experience is almost over (30 seconds before the end)
• Your Holder is not charged
• Your IQOS device is too cold or too hot)
• you pressed the Holder button while you were using it, or
• there’s a problem with the Holder.
There are a few things you can try to fix the issue:
a. Check that your IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger is switched ON and has enough power.
b. Place the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder in the Pocket Charger and wait until it’s fully charged (up to 4 minutes).
c. Make sure your IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder’s electric contact is clean.

b. If the bottom light on the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger is red, it means there’s a problem with your Pocket Charger or your IQOS device is too cold or too hot.
