Once your IQOS 3 Pocket Charger is fully charged, you can use your IQOS Holder up to 20 times.
If you insert the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder into the IQOS 3 Pocket Charger, the Holder won’t fit because they’re different sizes.
If you accidentally insert the IQOS 3 Holder into the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger, the Pocket Charger lights will start blinking, but the Holder won’t charge.
Make sure you always charge your IQOS 3 Holder with the IQOS 3 Pocket Charger.
Can I charge different IQOS versions with the same AC Power Adaptor?
You can use the IQOS AC Power Adaptor from previous devices to charge your IQOS 3 device. But the IQOS 3 USB cable has a USB-C port which is different from previous versions, so please make sure you use the right cable.

If you see a steady or blinking red light, there may be an issue with your IQOS device. Simply reset it by pressing the power button for 10’’ while keeping the holder inside the pocket charger and try using it again.
