Shipping confirmation informs you that your order is sent to courier, not particularly that it has been dispatched to the courier driver who will deliver it to you. Τhe exact delivery time depends on the postal code of the delivery address.

The available payment methods through iqos.com are: a) with credit or debit card at the checkout page or b) with cash on delivery (cash or with POS) during order delivery (the accepted limit for cash on delivery payment method with cash is the one set by the law), c) with PayPal.
If the item that was delivered to you is incomplete or damaged, you may return the product.  
This is how it works:  Simply contact us through IQOS support and request the return. A courier will be sent to the address of your preference to receive the product for inspection, along with the withdrawal form, that you need to sign. You may find the withdrawal form here. As a next step, once the product is delivered to the warehouse, it will be inspected, and the corresponding seller will proceed with the relative money back.
The shipping cost (standard delivery) will be reimbursed to you by the seller in the event of incomplete, damaged, or defective item and only if the return concerns the whole order, not for partial order return.
Unfortunately, there is no available option for order redirection while in transit. If your order cannot be delivered to you personally directly, it will be returned to us automatically and you will receive a refund.

Return in case of defect:  Kindly contact us through IQOS support, in order to return the devices that are faulty or need replacement. For example, if only one of the 2 components of your device is faulty and you wish to replace it, request replacement only for that one. Be aware that in case you proceed with full device Kit replacement, you need to return back the full Kit along with peripherals and device components, as it was originally bought.
IQOS devices must always be returned to the point of sales from which they were originally purchased. You may return the device you purchased online through iqos.gr by contacting us through IQOS support.
Devices purchased from iqos.gr must be returned within 14 days from the day of the delivery.
