IQOS Warranty - FAQs

Yes. The purchase receipt is the warranty certificate for the IQOS, and the warranty terms are included in the instruction leaflet. In order for us to assist you, we recommend that you register on the official IQOS website.
The warranty of the IQOS device is valid for one year from the purchase date.

Every IQOS device comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any functional issue that may occur on your device, as long as it is registered on your iqos.com profile. So, if your IQOS device develops any malfunction and still is within warranty, you can get it replaced for free. Moreover, if you are an IQOS CLUB member, you also enjoy the privilege of the additional Accidental Damage Warranty. In case you experience issues such as a broken blade, damage to your device's start button or charging port, you can replace each one of your device's components once.
You can easily find out if your device is still under warranty by logging into your iqos.com account and clicking on the "MY DEVICES" tab.
If your device is under warranty, the IQOS service team will repair or replace any parts of your device that are defective, as long as they have been used in accordance with the IQOS User Guide.
The IQOS warranty does not cover the following:
1. Damage due to normal wear and tear
2. Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, broken plastic etc.)
3. Damage due to misuse, power surge, improper handling, contact with liquid or fire
4. Malfunction due to using the device with non-compatible products
5. Damage or malfunction due to attempts to open, modify and repair, either by the user or a service provider not certified by IQOS
6. Damage or malfunction due to a failure of use as described in the relevant IQOS User Guide
The manufacturer warranty is valid only in the country of purchase. It’s not directly enforceable in a third country. If you are travelling to a country where IQOS is sold, you can use the International Assistance line, if you are an eligible customer (eligibility varies per Origin country). For Greece, you need to be an active IQOS CLUB member.  
If your device has not yet been registered in another country, you can easily register it as you would register a device purchased in your home country. In order to register your IQOS device to your account you have to follow the process in the link. If your device has already been registered in another country, you will need to contact us. 
Do you want to make a replacement claim? You can do it online with ease. If you have registered your device in your account, then you can go to our online diagnostic and check your device eligibility for replacement. If you do not have a registered device, you can do that easily here. 
Yes, as long as you are an active IQOS CLUB member. In case your device is eligible we may replace it for you under International Assistance service.
The customer service team will repair or replace any components which are defective in terms of material or workmanship when used in accordance with the associated IQOS User Guide and which are subject to a valid warranty. The provisions of this warranty are only valid in the country of purchase. 
What we don’t cover with the IQOS warranty:
